We love the idea of selling locally and how fast it can be. But we want to know how everyone feels about actually meeting with the buyer/seller. These sites advertise safety or being the safest selling app but facebook verification doesn't eliminate the awkward and scary encounters.
Its basically the same problem we've had with craigslist for years. Selling and buying can be faster locally but there never has been a solution for the transaction meeting place. The safe zones are still public areas.
Maybe we need a service to take care of the meeting exchange for a small fee. The buyer pays only if the item was as advertised and doesnt have to feel bad saying no to a third party service. Would love your thoughts.
