Buyers and Sellers

  1. The seller posts a listing and defines a price for the wholesale lot.
  2. The buyer opens the listing page and clicks on "Buy". On the following page, the buyer reviews the details of the purchase and clicks "Checkout with PayPal". They are taken to PayPal to complete the payment.Once the payment is done, the buyer is taken to a page that displays the transaction details. They are told that the seller needs to accept the transaction before the money is transferred.
  3. The seller gets an email notification of a new transaction that needs to be accepted. If the transaction is not accepted within 3 days, the transaction is canceled and no money is transferred. Once accepted, the money (minus PayPal's payment processing fee) is transferred to the seller's PayPal account. Both parties get a receipt of the transaction via email.
  4. A second transaction is made automatically which deducts the commission for the sale. The transaction fee is moved from the seller's PayPal account to payments@simplelots.com
*Commission For Successful Sale: 25% or $25 whichever is greater of the selling price. 

Transaction Status Descriptions

Conversation - Communication between buyer and seller answering questions that a buyer may have about the lot.
Preauthorization - Buyer has agreed to purchase, seller needs to confirm as next step. Once confirmed the funds are transferred from the buyers paypal to the sellers paypal account. The transactions status is updated to "Paid". Seller may also "Reject" if they are out of stock and needs to take the lot down.
Paid - Seller must ship the goods to the seller and communicate with the buyer with tracking details. 
Rejected - Seller is unable to fulfill request. No funds are transferred between buyer and seller. 
Complete - Transaction is now complete. Buyer has received goods and are as described.
Cancelled - Buyer wishes to dispute the purchase or has an issue with the items. The seller and buyer both should communicate on how to resolve the issue. Allow sellers to resolve an issue before leaving negative feedback. If a mutually beneficial resolution has not been established the buyer may open a Paypal dispute to have it resolved through the payment processor.

How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping times can vary on Simplelots because we first send a shipping kit to the seller to fulfill the sale. Items are typically delivered to you within 5-10 business days. The distances between our shipping locations, the seller, and your
location can affect this time period. Although these shipping times may be
longer than some online retailers, by matching your order directly with an
individual seller, we are able to offer you greater savings.
Am I buying from Simplelots.com or from another person?
Simplelots is a marketplace for both buyers and sellers. Simplelots.com does not keep items in stock or sell items directly. The items you see on Simplelots are from
people who have listed them for sale. We monitor the marketplace to ensure that
only reliable and timely sellers are included.
How do I cancel my order?
If you mistakenlypurchased an item, visit your Transactions as soon as possible to
see if your order can be canceled. Cancellations can only be processed before the shipping kit is sent to the seller, which occurs daily. For any questions about cancellations, email us at sales@Simplelots.com.
How do I track my order?
Select your order on your Transactions page. Tracking information will appear and update on your Order page automatically once the seller ships your item.
Does Simplelots have a shopping cart?
There is no shopping cart on Simplelots. Items must be purchased individually by clicking the Buy Now button.
Can I combine shipping on multiple items?
There is no combined shipping on Simplelots because each item you purchase will likely come from a different individual seller and will ship separately.
What payment methods are accepted? Can I pay with PayPal?
Simplelots accepts Visa , MasterCard and Paypal.
What does Simplelots do to keep the marketplace secure?
We monitor the marketplace carefully so that only reliable buyers and sellers are included. Sellers who form a pattern of not fulfilling sales are removed.


Shipping prices reflect shipping only in US. If you wish to purchase and are a buyer located outside the US you will be invoiced the shipping difference via paypal by the seller.


If you agree to the difference please submit your payment for the difference. The seller will then confirm your purchase by accepting the transaction. If you do not agree to the difference in shipping the transaction will be rejected by the seller and no funds will be exchanged. Please do not exchange emails or contact info. We have a no tolerance policy on any type of circumvention.
